I also frequent one of Murky's barista-contest rivals in NC when I'm there and they don't care about icing espresso either. I was in Murky this weekend and while I didn't have that same experience, I've been less than satisfied with their service (except on Saturdays -- that staff is pretty good). On Sunday I got glared at for asking for decaf at 4 pm -- it's not my fault that if I have stimulants after 2 pm I can't get to sleep.
